Investment Opportunities in Sri Lanka
Tourist Project in the South East Coast
An ideal surfing location popular with
holiday makers in the world. This spot is called "ULLE"
in the vicinities of Arugambay, which is surrounded
by the "Kumana Bird Sanctuary" once acclaimed by Readers
Digest as the best bird nesting and breeding environment
in the world.
Proposal 1
An extent of 1.5 acres are available for
joint venture for setting up Cabana Styled Restaurant
cum Rest. The prospective investor should bear the cost
of construction as his share of investment.
