Projects in IOR-ARC
The Sultanate of Oman informed the Business
Forum of the willingness to host the next IOR-ARC
Construction Conclave in December 2009 or January
2010. Further details will be circulated to Member
states via the Secretariat
Workshops and Conferences
Sultanate of Oman conveyed its willingness
to host a specialized workshop on Trade in Services
and Dispute Settlement Mechanisms, under the WTO.
It is proposed that the workshop will be held by the
end of 2009 or early 2010.
In this regard, I would like to inform
you that Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OCCI)
is pleased to inform IOR-ARC Secretariat that OCCI
is ready to host both the above mentioned - IOR-ARC
Construction conclave and Specialized workshop - during
the period from 12th to 13th April 2010. Due to the
prior commitments for other conferences and exhibitions,
we will not be able to organize the same as stated
earlier. Therefore you are kindly requested to inform
the member states in this regard and we will send
you the details in due course.
