Investment Incentive

The law on Export free Zones grants attractive profits to investors.

The profits consist in the reduction or the exoneration of some fees, duties and taxes. Diverse guarantees are offered (freedom and assurance of invested capital transfer, freedom of transfer of part of wages, freedom of staff management, assurance of respect of rights of individual or collective property)

Besides, facilities are granted for the attribution of work permits and stay visas.
An Unique-Stage Office was instituted so as to facilitate and accelerate the procedures related to approval applications.

At the international level, Madagascar is a member of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) an organisation of the World Bank Group.
